Most home printers are office printers shrunk down — same grey, same hard edges, same assumption that you'll tuck it under a desk.
This brief asked a different question: what if a home printer looked like it belonged on a kitchen shelf or a living-room sideboard? The result is a printer with soft proportions, a tighter footprint, and visual cues borrowed from small appliances — friendly enough that a non-technical household doesn't feel like they're operating equipment.
The best home product is the one you don't want to put away.
