My career began in industrial design, and while most of my work now happens on a screen, I still believe a product has to earn its place in someone's life. Whether it was a home printer, a cooling layer for hot sleepers, or an AI tool for design teams, my focus has always been the same two questions: why does someone trust this, and what makes them hesitate? Answer those well and the business results follow.
Over the past six years I've designed across hardware, brand and software. At Phoenix Design in Shanghai I helped take two consumer electronics products from research to production, work recognized with a Red Dot and an iF Design Award. I then co-founded Yīngredient, a wellness brand bridging Traditional Chinese Medicine and modern design, and founded Mintzzz, a cooling-sleep brand I still run on Shopify, where redesigning the product page and checkout lifted completion by 23%. Most recently I've deepened my practice in UI/UX and design for AI: user research, usability testing, interaction design, and prototyping in working code with Claude Code. My experience spans product, brand and conversion-focused UX, consistently tying what people need to what the business needs.
